KREIS-DISSOLVER®

The KREIS-DISSOLVER® is designed for mixing, dispersing, and dissolving products with medium to very high viscosity, up to 1,000,000 mPas. Thanks to the patented double suction disc, excellent dispersion results are achieved with short batch times. The Standard KDV is powerful and versatile and can be used in portable mixing containers with batch sizes ranging from 30 to 5,000 liters. A vacuum version is available for processes where air entrapment must be prevented or solvents are used. An ATEX-certified version for potentially explosive environments is also available.

KREIS-DISSOLVER®-BUTTERFLY

The KREIS-DISSOLVER®-BUTTERFLY was specially developed for highly viscous and thixotropic products. The combination of powerful dispersion technology and an additional agitator ensures intensive product agitation and optimal homogeneity. The machine is suitable for batches ranging from 5 to 1,500 liters and can be configured for vacuum operation to prevent air entrapment. For additional dispersion intensity, the KREIS-DISSOLVER®-BUTTERFLY can be equipped with a double KREIS-DISSOLVER® dispersion disc.

With these extensive capabilities, the KREIS-DISSOLVER®-BUTTERFLY offers a powerful, safe, and flexible solution for demanding mixing and dispersion processes.
