Grinding & Dispersion TechnologyWet grinding focuses on the controlled size reduction, dispersion, and deagglomeration of solid particles in a liquid medium. Particle sizes in the micro- to nanometer range can be achieved. For over 60 years, WAB-GROUP® has focused on the invention and further development of horizontal DYNO®-MILL bead mills for the production of paints, agrochemical, and pharmaceutical products.
Mixing TechnologyThe core of every mixing process is the uniform distribution of individual substances to achieve a precisely defined homogeneity. With its patented TURBULA® mixer, WAB-GROUP® specializes in 3D mixer technology, which can handle even the most challenging applications—such as mixing components with very different specific weights, varying particle sizes, or significant differences in concentration.
Dyna-MIX® and TURBULA® mixers are known worldwide for their fast, efficient, and reproducible mixing of dry materials in a closed container or vessel.
Flow ChemistryUnlike in batch production, chemical processes in flow chemistry take place in a continuous flow. This method offers several attractive advantages, such as improved mass and heat transfer, faster reactions, and higher quality. The combination of these advantages makes processes more efficient, more reliable, and safer.
